Tom has been providing financial planning and consultation as a licensed advisor for over 20 years. He loves teaching and helping others find solutions to their challenges. He believes that all things can be overcome with faith and hard work.
Tom worked for H.D. Vest (now Avantax by Cetera) in their home office for almost 20 years. There he worked directly with clients looking for advice and investment management. He learned financial planning, risk management and estate planning from experts in their respective fields. In 2019 God's plan for him became more apparent and he left the home office to venture out on his own. And such was the birth of Springer Wealth & Financial.
When not working hard for his clients, Tom can be found cooking for his family or hiking a new trail. His 2 sons became Eagle Scouts like their dad and have a deep love of the outdoors. His daughter enjoys watching murder mysteries with her dad and baking together whenever they can. Tom's wife has successfully begun her own reimagined journey into the medical field.
Tom has been a licensed advisor since 2001 and a CFP® since 2014.
